ReplyDeleteIn the summer of 1976 I made my first visit to the United States to stay with relatives in Michigan and I can still remember buying Lonnie Liston Smith records there. In the record shops then they had booths, like telephone booths, that you could shut the door and play the records in private, this was something they didn't have in England at the time.
